Fidarsi is partnering with a highly respected, established Investment Manager to hire an experienced HR Operations Lead for a maternity cover. This is a hands-on, operational role with global exposure. You’ll play a critical part in delivering best-in-class HR operations while leading a small team and driving process excellence in a regulated, multi-jurisdictional environment.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless delivery across the employee lifecycle—while also enhancing systems, strengthening governance, and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR admin)
- Line manage and develop a small HR Operations team.
- Act as escalation point for complex and cross-border HR matters
- Optimise HR systems (Workday, Monday.com), reporting and data governance
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Manage performance cycle delivery and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, SMCR, and regulatory HR frameworks
- Support learning & development operations and training compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and HR projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HR Operations experience within financial services or asset management
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance delivery and leadership
- Experience managing HR systems (Workday highly desirable)
- Solid understanding of multi-region HR processes and compliance
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment (SMCR knowledge advantageous)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
