Fidarsi is partnering with a fast-growing, international organisation to appoint a skilled Payroll Specialist on a part-time basis. Based in Birmingham with a hybrid working model, this role plays a key part in ensuring payroll operations across Europe run smoothly, accurately, and in line with local regulations.

  • Managing the full payroll cycle across several European countries on a monthly basis
  • Coordinating payroll data, checks, approvals, and final outputs to ensure smooth delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams and external payroll partners
  • Supporting compliance with country-specific tax, social security, and statutory requirements
  • Maintaining and updating payroll data within a modern HR/payroll system
  • Handling employee payroll queries with professionalism and discretion
  • Supporting financial processes including reconciliations and reporting
  • Assisting with audit requirements and ensuring accurate documentation is maintained

Requirements:
