The Opportunity

“Our Field Operations team plays a critical role in supporting our sales organization in driving growth and success. As a Director of Field Operations, you will be at the very heart of our software business and a key part of our EMEA Sales Leadership team. You’ll manage a team of people; developing and mentoring them, overseeing and creating the processes that keep our business running smoothly and leading through diverse challenges. What You Will Contribute

  • Cross-team collaboration: operational support for the EMEA Direct Sales organization, working collaboratively with members of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product.
  • Prioritizie and orchestrate key strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve business performance (e.g., enhancing pipeline quality, improving forecasting accuracy, streamlining the sales cycle, account planning and reviews).
  • Leading the operating cadence across EMEA: quarterly business reviews; talent and headcount reviews; forecasting updates; pipeline reviews; customer success reviews; quarter-end activities; business updates.
  • Regional strategic planning: market analysis; territory and resource planning; compensation design; quota setting; enabling Sales to achieve corporate targets.
  • Tracking KPMs and building reporting frameworks to enhance pipeline visibility, monitor sales performance and provide senior leadership with actionable insights that support strategic planning.
  • Ensuring data integrity and hygiene to enable reliable reporting and effective decision-making.
  • Sales team support and enablement: problem solving to maintain deal momentum and providing comprehensive operational support to sales, with the aim of reducing noise that takes away from selling.
  • Leading the forecasting process in close collaboration with sales leadership: qualifying deals (leveraging the MEDDPICC qualification framework as a guide); monitoring key milestones; tracking deal and forecast movements.

What We Are Seeking

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce systems and sales processes to identify bottlenecks in the sales process, solve business problems and uncover opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
  • A positive attitude with eagerness to execute at levels above and beyond expectations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a team to solve business problems with an open mind and earn the respect and trust of others.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism and urgency while delivering high levels of performance under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume, and transformational environment.
  • Experience using critical thinking to promote accuracy, identify trends, and recommend business decisions that align with corporate initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Confidence and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite to create leadership presentations or briefing documents.
  • Significant experience in software sales/revenue operations and sales compensation, or finance.
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Based in a location accessible to our fantastic London Office.
