As an Executive Programs Intern, you'll play a critical role in supporting high touch marketing programs that build C-suite relationships and drive strategic account engagement. You'll gain hands-on experience managing executive campaigns, creating thought leadership content, supporting top account initiatives, and working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. This internship is ideal for students who are detail-orientated, data savvy, and passionate about B2B marketing, executive engagement, and strategic storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to programs that directly impact FICO's relationships with top global accounts and provides potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
What You’ll Contribute- Manage executive campaigns in Salesforce: update campaign statuses, track attendance, maintain data accuracy.
- Send invitations and follow-up communications to executives and sales teams for CABs (Customer Advisory Boards), executive dinners, and VIP events.
- Push out weekly announcements and updates to sales teams on upcoming executive engagements.
- Manage Executive Programs Microsoft Teams channel with regular updates, event recaps, and key milestones.
- Identify and leverage emerging AI tools to enhance strategies, optimise workflows, and drive innovation across campaigns and projects.
- Track executive touch points and engagement metrics in Salesforce for quarterly reporting.
- Coordinate with regional sales teams to secure executive nominations and RSVPs.
- Support quarterly executive newsletter: research content, curate industry trends, write articles, and coordinate approvals.
- Adapt newsletter content for regional variations (EMEA, APAC, Americas) and account-specific versions for top strategic accounts.
- Create presentation decks for executive events, CABs, and thought leadership sessions.
- Research and draft executive-focused content on topics like AI decisioning, platform modernization, regulatory trends, and fraud innovation.
- Support FICO executives with content for speaking engagements, bylines, and social media posts.
- Maintain content library and ensure brand consistency across all executive materials.
- Conduct account research for top strategic accounts: industry trends, executive personas, competitive intelligence, and business priorities.
- Create account-specific content for campaigns: executive briefings, personalized emails, and targeted assets.
- Collaborate with regional country leads to maintain account profiles, stakeholder maps, and engagement tracking in Salesforce.
- Assist with Innovation Day planning and content development for strategic accounts.
- Currently in final year of undergraduate degree or a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to craft executive-level content.
- Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify trends and insights.
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with ability to work independently in remote environment.
- Interest in financial services, technology, or enterprise software industries.
- Curiosity about how analytics and AI are transforming business decision-making.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and campaign data with high attention to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritise effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Ability to interact with senior executives and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ideally experience with project management tools (Asana), familiarity with Tableau (data visualization) or familiarity with Seismic (sales enablement platform).
- Understanding of B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or executive engagement programs.
- Research skills and ability to synthesise complex information into clear narratives.
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing, sales operations, or business development is desirable.
- Experience managing campaigns, events, or executive communications is desirable.
- Knowledge of a second language is beneficial but not required.
