Business Development Manager, Security & Fire
As a Territory Sales Manager within Fire & Security, you will be responsible for surveying, designing and quoting fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intruder systems, and related solutions for a range of existing and new business customers (B2B).
The role focuses on the North West of England, with a requirement to commute to the office in Warrington.

Responsibilities
Chase and develop new business leads, following through to close.
Develop and nurture existing and new customer relationships within the territory in line with the individual sales plan.
Maintain CRM records to manage results and support pipeline forecasting.
Conduct effective research of prospects to identify opportunities.
Manage existing clients and upsell to maximise profitability.
Respond to enquiries and devise strategies to win orders.
Conduct site surveys and create system designs.
Prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
Present solutions to clients via phone, virtual meetings & in person.
Work toward challenging but achievable territory sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven territory or area sales experience within the Fire & Security industry.
Experience in fire alarm systems, intruder systems, CCTV & access control.
Preferably knowledge of fire door & emergency lighting.
Full driving licence (company car provided).
Compensation: Basic salary £45‐49k (d.o.e) plus an uncapped commission package, potentially exceeding £61k overall.
