We have over 175 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in Manchester, Belfast, Dublin, and Glasgow. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our technical team by recruiting a senior engineer (power systems) to be based from our Stockport, Greater Manchester office.
We are looking for the following:
- a good degree in Power Systems Engineering
- a deep understanding of power systems and their design, including analysis of transients, load flow, harmonics, and stability
- significant experience, post-qualification, in power engineering and analysis within a consultancy, industrial, utility, or equipment manufacturer organisation
- competent in the use of modelling software such as Power Factory, ETAP, IPSA, or Dig-silent
- experience with the undertaking of feasibility studies and detailed design reviews
- full driving licence - able to travel in the UK and occasionally, for short durations, the EU
- living in the Greater Manchester area, or willing to relocate
- full right to work in the UK
