Our Engineers and Consultants support some of the most innovative energy projects across the UK and Ireland, providing design, intellectual, and engineering services to developers, investors, and owner-operators. We have over 180 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in Belfast, Dublin, Manchester, and Glasgow.

As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our team by recruiting a Senior or Lead Consultant, mechanically qualified to degree level, with thermal power plant experience, to be based from our Stockport (or Glasgow) offices.

We seek:

  • a good degree in Mechanical Engineering (or close equivalent field);
  • ideally a Chartered Engineer;
  • excellent project management experience with complex thermal, renewable or process plant projects;
  • experience with QA procedures and Inspection and Test Plans for new or refurbished rotating plant;
  • practical knowledge gained in operation, commissioning or a construction role;
  • thorough knowledge of relevant engineering standards;
  • good understanding of process safety principles;
  • practical experience of consultancy processes;
  • producing professional reports;
  • full right to work in the UK with no visa restrictions;
  • the ability and willingness to travel both in the UK and occasionally overseas.
