We are seeking an IT Assistant on a fixed-term basis for a 12-month period, based at our Stockport office. You will support a user base of 200+ people across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Installing and removing software
- Assist with procurement of IT hardware and software
- Basic technical troubleshooting for all IT users in the UK and Ireland, including construction site-based individuals
- Assist with build/configuration of new laptops and mobile phones
- Any other reasonable IT tasks
Qualifications
- An NVQ Level 3 in IT or General Computing
- Prior experience with IT support
- Prior experience with business administration
- Effective communication skills
- A responsive and enthusiastic personality
- Routinely respects and understands data confidentiality and corporate IT security
- Shows a commitment to their own continued learning and development
