JOB TITLE: Senior Specialist, People & Culture REPORTING TO: HR Director JOB LOCATION: Coalisland TERMS: Permanent role THE JOB As Senior Specialist for People & Culture, you will be joining an award-winning team (Best People Team, CIPD NI Awards 2023) whose principal aim is to create and facilitate a market-leading colleague experience for everyone who works for the Fibrus group of companies. Our approach to People & Culture leans towards the most modern ideals of how a HR function should operate. We imbed ourselves at the heart of Fibrus and are value-led, colleague-centric, commercially adept and solutions focused. As such, you'll be joining a team with a real focus on driving engagement across a range of Fibrus' departments and divisions, with a view towards implementing market-leading practices from a people management and policy perspective, and you'll act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to all. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a solid HR background and a desire to add true value to the colleague experience in the Viberoptix business unit. Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified and have experience in most, if not all of, the following areas of People & Culture: designing and leading colleague engagement initiatives creating and introducing new policies and practices to an organisation facilitating organisational design and talent development initiatives partnering with specialist functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development leading on complex colleague relations matters, particularly conduct and capability processes managing annual people initiatives, i.e. performance review cycles, compensation reviews and bonus schemes Coupled with experience in those areas, we'd also expect that you're: an exceptional, empathetic communicator able to effectively manage and provide expert guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the business able to work independently and take ownership of solutions, adept in the use of Excel and Powerpoint, comfortable with a range of HR technologies from HR information systems through to colleague survey tools.
