JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor JOB LOCATION: Belfast (hybrid) TERMS: Permanent 3 days a week/22.5 hours THE JOB Fibrus is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial and contractual management of Build & Install Contractor operations.

You will be responsible for assessing payments, negotiating agreements, managing project costs, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Drive good governance across Build & Install Contractor delivery in alignment with Fibrus contractual, programme & commercial requirements Assessment of Applications for Payment in line with contractual timelines Negotiating and agreeing payments with both internal and external stakeholders Reporting of Payment Assessment internally for approval Liaising with Operational teams to identify, highlight & mitigate commercial and contractual risks/opportunities Preparation of Purchase Orders & Works contracts Preparation and reporting of cost reports across multiple projects Preparation, negotiation and agreement of Final accounts in line with the contractual requirements Management/Monitoring of Change Control within multiple projects Building and maintaining commercial relationships with build & install partners Support commercial requests across business and change management process Supporting delivery of value for money across all projects WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Strong commercial, negotiation, organisational and communication skills Willing to be a team player Willingness to travel if required throughout UK Good people skills and comfortable communicating across the company hierarchy BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook UK Driving License IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
