Business Transformation Project Manager in Lisburn

Your mission is to collaborate with all areas of the business to deliver our aspirations as a Change Project Manager. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define and achieve mutual understanding of the project scope.

What will you be doing?

• Identify and schedule all the work required to fulfil the project scope, building a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Perform a gap analysis to determine the state of processes and procedures.
• Identify integration points between systems and processes and understand the impacts changes will have.
• Work closely with SMEs to define business benefits and return on investment.
• Develop a project plan to address gaps in processes and procedures.
• Establish documented procedures and embed a quality culture.
• Plan the project(s) in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities, identification of cross-portfolio dependencies, and understanding of critical paths and key milestones.
• Ensure non-people resources are identified for an accurate project budget in line with the agreed Business Case.
• Provide day-to-day management for the project - time, cost, and quality in line with Fibrus PMO processes.
• Ensure there is a robust process in place for risk and issue management, instigating mitigation actions and identifying contingency plans.
• Using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, establish and manage an effective project reporting structure to measure and track project performance.
• Lead the procurement schedule, ensuring the right suppliers are engaged for each project.

What will you bring?

• Proven experience as a Change Project Manager, delivering complex technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in delivering business change processes with or without technology changes.
• The ability to identify key dependencies between projects and manage integration points.
• Experience managing and leading multiple software development-based projects simultaneously.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk management, benefits management, and stakeholder management.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience of different project management approaches e.g. agile and waterfall.
• Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills to establish effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
• The ability to influence without authority and think commercially.
• High-level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office tools and MS Project.
• Able to solve problems in a measured and creative way.
• Education in a relevant field (desirable).
