Our People Strategy is based on three pillars: enabling people to believe in our mission and values, becoming who they want to be, and feeling a true sense of belonging where they can be themselves. Our approach to People & Culture leans towards modern ideals of how an HR function should operate. We embed ourselves at the heart of Fibrus and are value-led, colleague-centric, commercially adept, and solutions focused.

As such, you will be joining a team with a real focus on driving engagement across a range of Fibrus' departments and divisions, with a view towards implementing market-leading practices from a people management and policy perspective. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to all.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a solid HR background and a desire to add true value to the colleague experience in the Viberoptix business unit. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified and have experience in most, if not all, of the following areas of People & Culture:

  • Providing support to all levels of the organisation throughout the colleague life cycle
  • Designing and leading colleague engagement initiatives
  • Creating and introducing new policies and practices to an organisation
  • Facilitating organisational design and talent development initiatives
  • Partnering with specialist functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • Leading on complex colleague relations matters, particularly conduct and capability processes
  • Managing annual people initiatives, i.e. performance review cycles, compensation reviews and bonus schemes

Coupled with experience in those areas, we would also expect that you are:

  • An exceptional, empathetic communicator able to effectively manage and provide expert guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of solutions
  • Adept in the use of Excel and PowerPoint, comfortable with a range of HR technologies from HR information systems through to colleague survey tools.
