As HR Officer for People & Culture, you will be joining a team with a real focus on driving engagement across a range of Fibrus' departments and divisions, implementing market-leading practices from a people management and policy perspective, and acting as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to all.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a solid HR background and a desire to add true value to the colleague experience in the Viberoptix business unit. Ideally, you'll be CIPD qualified and have experience in most, if not all of, the following areas of People & Culture:

  • Providing support to all levels of the organisation throughout the colleague life cycle
  • Designing and leading colleague engagement initiatives
  • Creating and introducing new policies and practices to an organisation
  • Facilitating organisational design and talent development initiatives
  • Partnering with specialist functions such as Recruitment and Learning & Development
  • Leading on complex colleague relations matters, particularly conduct and capability processes
  • Managing annual people initiatives, i.e. performance review cycles, compensation reviews and bonus schemes

Coupled with experience in those areas, we'd also expect that you're:

  • An exceptional, empathetic communicator
  • Able to effectively manage and provide expert guidance to stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of solutions
  • Adept in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with a range of HR technologies from HR information systems through to colleague survey tools
