- Terms: Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home after probation)
- Hours & shifts: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days on rota basis (8 am‑8 pm Mon‑Fri, 9 am‑5 pm weekend, one weekend per month)
- Salary: minimum £24,785 plus monthly commission (OTE £28,000+)
- Start date: 03rd August 2026
- Recruitment process: Application then assessment centre (role play, interview, teamwork) on 7th July and 15th July 2026; assessment centres last up to 90 minutes.

Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for customers via inbound calls and other communication channels, delivering a top‑class service experience.
- Support customers with technical and non‑technical queries, including product, service, account and billing questions (full training provided).
- Escalate enquiries to appropriate departments when needed.
- Accurately record log of interactions and update customer accounts.
- Collaborate with management to maintain best practices and meet internal service‑level agreements and KPIs.
- Conduct retention‑based calls to engage customers considering leaving, identify concerns and find solutions.
