If you are an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst, not deterred by complex, incomplete, or ambiguous datasets & have a practical understanding of the ETL process & data management principles, then Fibrus needs you! Joining the new Business Intelligence & Data Governance function, you will help to develop excellent reporting, support strategic decision-making & champion a culture of data integrity. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Play a crucial role in the transformation of data quality, data reporting & data visualisation within Fibrus Complex data analysis of financial & operational data to support strategic & operational business initiatives Design & develop impactful Power BI reports & dashboards to meet business needs, ensuring complex data is accurately represented & effectively visualised Document data methodologies underpinning complex data analysis & published reporting Recommend solutions where data is incomplete or inaccurate & articulate the risk of data limitations on data-driven insights Continuously refine & improve reporting solutions to meet evolving needs & technologies Identify & deliver process improvements & automation WHAT WILL YOU BRING? A genuine, contagious enthusiasm for all things data Well balanced experience as both a BI analyst & BI developer Instinctive attention to detail & ability to think strategically Proven expertise in Power BI development, delivering complex, impactful reports or dashboards, including the design & optimisation of semantic data models & working in the DAX coding environment Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, ETL processes & data cleaning Practical knowledge of data architectures & technologies Highly competent in advanced Excel functions & techniques Good understanding of data visualisation design principles Knowledge of data governance frameworks & an understanding of key terminology Ability to communicate effectively with both technical & non-technical stakeholders Degree in an IT or mathematical discipline (desirable but not essential) Qualified accountant (desirable but not essential) IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
