This is your chance to join the splicing team for a rapidly expanding Fibre networking company (Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd) with big growth ambitions. It's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and competent fibre optic splicer who completes work to the highest quality.

You will be part of an installation team testing, rodding, roping ducts and pulling in fibre optic cables. Work can be underground or overhead. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running but understand that some training will be required to adapt to our way of working.

As a cabling engineer, you will be working a lot on your own in all weather conditions, it is therefore imperative that you hold a full clean driving licence and have held this for at least two years. You will arrive on site, complete a risk assessment and set the site up safely using relevant signage and courtesy boards.

We are looking for a team player as sometimes we may ask you to work with other teams where needed, installing CBTs, surveying or blowing fibre. The ideal person for this role will hold the relevant certifications:

  • NRSWA Unit 2
  • Driving licence
  • SA001
  • SA002
  • K008
  • NO27
  • N028
  • IPAF 1B
