The Opportunity: We are a newly established Independent Connection Provider delivery complex HV/LV connection projects across the UK. As a LV/HV Jointer you\’ll report into the Project Manager and be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, jointing, termination, and testing of low and high voltage cables across various project sites. You\’ll ensure all work complies with relevant standards and safety regulations, coordinate with site teams and subcontractors, and contribute to the timely delivery of electrical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform jointing and termination of LV and HV cables, ensuring all joints and terminations meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct insulation resistance, pressure, continuity tests and assist with the commissioning of electrical systems and ensure proper functionality.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including permit-to-work systems and risk assessments, ensuring all work complients with DNO or ICP standards.
• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

About You:

• Proven background delivering HV/LV infrastructure or utility connection projects.
• Experience within an ICP, DNO/IDNO, or utility contractor.
• Ideally hold Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status at 11kV/33kV (132kV desirable) – OR strong project management experience coordinating alongside SAPs.
• Solid grasp of safe systems of work, RAMS, CDM, and industry compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical/Construction Management (preferred).
