Qualified Civils Engineer Team Leader – Fibre Networking Solutions

We are currently looking to fill a number of Civils Engineering roles across Newport, Cardiff, Swansea and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified and experienced Civils Engineers to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team. You’ll be working closely with our fibre engineers and cabling teams, supported by our in-house traffic management operatives — all working together to deliver industry-leading fibre infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in civil works within the telecoms or utilities sectors.
- Mandatory qualifications to meet our contractual and safety requirements.
- A commitment to high standards of work and health & safety.
- A collaborative, proactive approach to team projects.
- A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Overtime is paid at an additional rate.
