FIBRE Mechanics are looking for experienced composite boat builders and laminators on a 3 month contract, for a variety of projects in Lymington and Hythe.
- We are especially interested in applicants with experience in working with light weight composite materials, using a variety of fabrics including carbon and glass, using core materials including nomex and foam, using various processes including vacuum bagged prepreg, infusion and wet lay.
- Candidates need to be honest, have a positive attitude and hard working.
- Candidates must be Heath and Safety conscious, follow quality procedures and be pro-active to reduce waste.
- Candidates must be punctual, reliable and take pride in their work. They also need to be neat, clean, tidy and organised in their approach.
- Candidates must be able to work as part of a larger team and able to take work instructions from others.
- Candidates should already be in the UK, live a commutable distance to Lymington or Hythe and already have the relevant permits to work in the United Kingdom.
- Hourly rate is dependent on experience.
We are looking for Sub-contractors or PAYE on a fixed term contract.
