As a Payment Solutions Specialist at Fibonatix, you’ll identify and engage potential merchants, present tailored payment solutions, and manage the entire sales journey—from the first contact through to onboarding. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify prospective merchants to promote Fibonatix’s payment services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding
  • Deliver a consultative experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process
  • Represent Fibonatix at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
  • Share merchant and market feedback to inform product and process improvements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in sales - at least 1 year
  • Payments industry experience - an advantage
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Skilled negotiator, commercially minded, and results-driven
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely
