As a Payment Solutions Specialist at Fibonatix, you’ll identify and engage potential merchants, present tailored payment solutions, and manage the entire sales journey—from the first contact through to onboarding. This is a full-time role reporting to the Head of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify prospective merchants to promote Fibonatix’s payment services
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding
- Deliver a consultative experience, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process
- Represent Fibonatix at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities
- Share merchant and market feedback to inform product and process improvements
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales - at least 1 year
- Payments industry experience - an advantage
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Skilled negotiator, commercially minded, and results-driven
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and remotely
