Calling All PSV, HGV & Light Commercial Mechanics: Multiple Roles (Day & Night Shifts) at Heathrow Airport. Join the engineering team responsible for keeping Heathrow Airport running. We are recruiting PSV Mechanics, HGV Technicians, Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanics, Plant Fitters and GSE Technicians across both day and night shifts.
Site: Heathrow Airport
Available Positions:
- HGV / PCV Mechanic Night Shift — Salary: £60,000 Basic + Overtime — Shift: 4 on / 4 off | 18:00–06:00
- Vehicle Mechanic / Vehicle Technician Day Shift — Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) — Shift: 4 on / 4 off | 06:00–18:00
- PSV / HGV Mechanic / Plant Fitter Day or Night Shifts — Salary: £46,730 - £53,000 DOE + Overtime — Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (Day & Night Rotas Available)
Role Overview:
- Service, repair and maintain PSV & HGV vehicles
- Diagnostics across mechanical, electrical and body systems
- Ensuring all work meets airport safety standards
- Supporting night-shift engineering operations
What We're Looking For (All Roles):
- Level 3 Mechanical/Vehicle Qualification (Level 2 considered with strong hands-on experience)
- Experience in: PSV, HGV, LCV, Plant, or GSE maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (PCV advantageous)
- Ability to pass airside clearance
- 5-year referencing
- Basic DBS
