This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in truck and trailer parts - or general automotive parts - who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will join a collaborative, professional branch team dedicated to delivering efficient and knowledgeable service to trade customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound sales calls and converting enquiries into orders
- Sourcing commercial or automotive parts at competitive prices
- Promoting both over-the-counter and delivery sales
- Helping the team meet and exceed branch sales targets
- Managing stock efficiently and accurately
- Building trusted relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensuring all operations are compliant with safety and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial vehicle, truck/trailer, or general automotive parts sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A commercially aware, confident approach to pricing and negotiation
- A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude
- Familiarity with stock systems and fast-moving parts environments is beneficial
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Half-day Saturday working required twice per month (on rotation)
