What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to clients, including order processing, quotations, and sourcing parts locally and internationally.
- Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and handle returns.
- Work with internal systems and Excel to manage sales orders, invoices, and KPIs.
- Assist in picking, receiving, transferring, and putting away parts in the warehouse.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while maintaining a professional appearance and reliability.
What You’ll Need
- Automotive parts experience is essential coupled with a full UK driver’s licence.
- 3-4 years experience in warehouse, wholesale, or customer service.
- Mechanical/technical aptitude with knowledge of automotive or industrial parts.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) (desirable).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
