Join the engineering team responsible for keeping Heathrow Airport running. We are recruiting PSV Mechanics, HGV Technicians, Light Commercial Vehicle Mechanics, Plant Fitters and GSE Technicians across both day and night shifts. You’ll work on one of the most diverse fleets in the UK: PSVs, HGVs, vans, tugs, tractors, plant machinery, and specialist airport GSE. No two days are the same.
Available Positions:
- 1 HGV / PCV Mechanic Night Shift
Salary: £60,000 Basic + Overtime
Shift: 4 on / 4 off | 18:00-6:00
Role Overview:
- Service, repair and maintain PSV & HGV vehicles
- Diagnostics across mechanical, electrical and body systems
- Ensuring all work meets airport safety standards
- Supporting night‑shift engineering operations
Ideal For: Experienced HGV Technicians, PCV/Bus Mechanics, and LCV Mechanics wanting higher earnings on nights. - 2 Vehicle Mechanic / Vehicle Technician Day Shift
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Shift: 4 on / 4 off | 06:00-18:00

Role Overview:
- Maintenance, repairs and servicing of LCVs, vans & airport vehicles
- Fault finding using diagnostic equipment
- Supporting daily fleet operations
- Training provided on specialist airport equipment
Ideal For: Light Commercial Mechanics or Level 3 technicians wanting a stable day‑shift role with training and career progression. - 3 PSV / HGV Mechanic / Plant Fitter Day or Night Shifts
Salary: £46,730 - £53,000 DOE + Overtime
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (Day & Night Rotas Available)
Role Overview:
- Repair and maintenance of PSV, HGV, plant machinery and GSE
- Diagnose faults on engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Working across airside and landside operations

What We’re Looking For (All Roles):
- Level 3 Mechanical/Vehicle Qualification (Level 2 considered with strong hands‑on experience)
- Experience in PSV, HGV, LCV, Plant, or GSE maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Full UK driving licence (PCV advantageous)
- Ability to pass airside clearance: 5‑year referencing
- Basic DBS
