What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you will support a range of workshop activities, including:
- Cutting, fabrication and assembly work
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Operating hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment
- Working from job sheets, drawings and cutting lists
- Completing basic production and quality records
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and organisation
- Identifying and reporting quality concerns or discrepancies
- Supporting colleagues across different workshop functions as required

- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to measure and work accurately from dimensions
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- The ability to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills

You'll be comfortable working across a variety of workshop activities, maintaining high standards and contributing positively to the team. Attitude, accuracy and reliability are more important to us than direct GRP experience.
