As Senior Client Partner, you'll lead some of our most important client relationships, guiding brand, digital and design teams through every stage of a project, from strategic inception to creative delivery. You're both a trusted advisor and a leader: calm, strategic and committed to ensuring the work not only lands beautifully but drives our clients' businesses forward.
What we're looking for: As Senior Client Partner, you'll combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen and creative empathy – able to zoom out to see the big picture while staying close enough to the detail to make confident calls. You set the tone for how we show up with clients: forward-looking, collaborative, commercially sharp, and above all, trusted.
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships rooted in trust, insight, and strategic value, shaping the overall client experience.
- Act as senior counsel, connecting creative ambition with commercial outcomes and navigating challenges with empathy and confidence.
- Lead regular project reviews and project health checks, identifying growth opportunities, areas for improvement, and plans to mitigate risk.
- Partner with the Client Partnerships Director and SLT to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and craft commercially sound scopes and estimates.
- Own revenue performance, forecasting, billing, and financial reporting across your projects, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and profitability.
- Negotiate contracts, fees, and shifting deliverables to align expectations, avoid surprises, and demonstrate the value of our work.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy Directors to ensure work meets our benchmarks for creative standards and strategic intent, always grounding decisions in strategy.
- Champion our feelings-first approach, helping clients see how emotionally-led, strategically-grounded design drives real business impact.
- Bring clarity and momentum to projects, ensuring the right inputs, decisions, and approvals happen at the right time.
- Contribute actively to the creative conversation, bringing insight, curiosity, and a client lens while protecting creative integrity and balancing timelines and budgets.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, resource allocation, workflow efficiency, and best-in-class communication across teams.
- Proactively refine and improve internal processes to support better and more sustainable delivery and client relationships.
- Anticipate challenges early and remove roadblocks before they impact the work or team.
- Support and mentor Client & Delivery Partners, helping them grow capability, confidence, and autonomy.
- Foster an accountable, collaborative, and positive culture within project teams.
- Model resilience, transparency, and calm under pressure — especially during challenging phases of delivery.
Benefits:
- The opportunity to work on an exciting variety of projects and clients, across sectors and geographies.
- We trust you to manage your own time. Start and finish your day when it suits you — as long as you work your contracted hours and stay mindful of meetings, deadlines, and team commitments.
- Working collaboratively from our bustling studio 4 days a week, with Wednesdays as an optional working from home day.
- We promote a healthy work/life balance – that's why we offer 25 days of holiday each year (plus bank holidays) and an additional 3 days over the Christmas period.
- Across the Summer school holidays, we shift to a four-day working week — taking Fridays off, with no change to pay. It's the equivalent of six extra days of annual leave, giving you more time to recharge and enjoy the longer days.
- We offer 2 weeks a year to take your role on the road. Whether it's extending a holiday, spending time abroad, or just helping out at home, WFA gives you the freedom to work where life takes you.
- A helping hand – alongside a BUPA private healthcare plan, we offer a confidential wellbeing service that connects you with specialists in areas from mental health to financial advice. There for when you need it.
- Fuel for the day, on us. From cereals and fresh fruit to breads and pastries, there's a daily spread in the studio to keep energy levels up and the mood high.
- We promote a culture of curiosity and creativity – from R&D to our Lunch & Learn series – we back your growth, both personally and professionally.
