As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager / Director, you’ll be a key leader in shaping and delivering our corporate tax offering. You will oversee the compliance function, lead a talented team and deliver high-quality advisory work that supports the growth of our clients and the firm. You will build strong relationships, influence strategic direction and play a central role in the continued success of our practice.

Your Mission

What you’ll be doing day to day

You will take ownership of the Corporate Tax compliance function, ensuring high standards, smooth delivery and a positive client experience. You will review complex computations and advisory work, oversee junior colleagues and support their professional development. You will lead advisory assignments across corporate restructuring, tax clearances, share schemes, transfer pricing, CIR calculations, PAYE reviews, due diligence and R&D. You will contribute to the strategic development of the tax department and the wider firm, using commercial awareness to manage assignments effectively and help drive growth. Strong client communication and relationship management will be second nature, alongside supporting team success.
