Employees enjoy 30 days paid holiday in addition to Bank holidays Role: FIA Tech is seeking a trade operations expert with a strong interest in fintech to join our TDN Connectivity team during a period of exciting growth. TDN unifies ETD trade data from buy-sides, brokers, clearing houses and clearing members into a common, secure, standards-based ledger, creating a shared golden source of trading activity for participating firms and a cloud-based platform to identify and resolve bottlenecks in trade processing across the industry. The TDN Connectivity Manager is responsible for integrating firms with the network, including data transport, normalization and enrichment. The role combines project management, business analysis and implementation. Responsibilities: Technical Project Management: Manage project timeline and milestones, engage and track resources, join client meetings. Business Analysis: Prepare ETL specifications for implementation specialists. ETL Implementation: Set up ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows in a low-code design environment. UAT and Go-Live Management: Ensure that all scenarios in scope are tested and issues are addressed. Prepare go-live and roll-back plans and share with all parties involved. Manage a controlled go live. Provide post-go-live support. Documentation: Document ETL processes. Prepare handover documentation for Operations. Issue Management: Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. When required, work with vendors to address issues. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure projects and deliverables are properly scoped and are completed within project timelines. Communicate changes, delays, and outages to the responsible Onboarding team member. Issue network setup requests, track progress and report delays. Onboarding Support: Work with the Onboarding team on technical requirements gathering for data feed implementations. Operations Support: Act as an escalation point for ETL issues. Own and resolve advanced ETL support cases. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience 3+ years of work experience demonstrating strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills Futures, Equities or FX operations experience is a must Programming/scripting knowledge Basic SQL CloverDX or other ETL system experience is preferred Knowledge of data transfer protocols preferred (e.g., FIX, sFTP, Kafka, MQ) Ability to think strategically and fully understand a problem before identifying a solution Meticulous attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
