Welcome to Fi. We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, Oura, Peloton, Uber, and more working to transform the human-pet relationship. Our mission? Develop cutting-edge technology to revolutionize what it means to be a pet parent. The pet industry remains firmly stuck in the past and we are here to change that. Fi is leveraging our team's talent and expertise to improve the lives of millions of pets in the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep and behaviour monitoring – and that's just the beginning. The most exciting aspect of our work? Bridging the communication gap between pets and humans. Imagine a world where everyone knows how their pet feels in real time and how to keep their best friend in good shape. That's the future we're building at Fi.
If you're someone who thrives in innovative, collaborative work environments and feels strongly about helping pets live longer, better lives, Fi could be the perfect fit. Join us in our pursuit of the “impossible,” or as we call it here “let me find a way,” to redefine the future of pet ownership together.
Fi is looking for a Marketing Manager, Europe to help build our presence across the region, with the UK and Germany as our top markets. You'll be the hands-on marketer bringing Fi's brand to European pet owners — running campaigns, localising content, and managing agency partners on the ground. You'll work closely with our central marketing teams to adapt their channels for European audiences, and you'll be close enough to the market to spot what's working and what isn't. This is a builder's role on a small team, with a lot of ownership over execution.
What You'll Do:
- Execute Fi's European marketing plan across the UK and Germany, owning day-to-day campaign delivery.
- Localise Fi's brand, messaging, and creative for UK and German audiences, accounting for cultural, linguistic, and competitive differences — including reviewing and adapting German-language copy.
- Run endemic marketing campaigns (partnerships, content, placements) within pet, outdoor, and lifestyle ecosystems that build authentic awareness with European pet owners.
- Partner with our lifecycle, social, PR, and paid media leads to adapt global campaigns for European markets, and build region-specific programmes where needed.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with regional agencies, freelancers, and vendors (creative, PR, media buying), including briefs, timelines, and quality control.
- Support partner and retail relationships alongside the broader commercial team.
- Track campaign performance against regional growth targets and report results back to leadership.
- Help manage the regional marketing budget, tracking spend and flagging where to reallocate.
- Bring local insight back into Fi — competitive activity, cultural moments, what European pet owners actually respond to.
- Work with product, ops, and customer experience teams to flag where the local experience falls short of market expectations.
- Keep regional marketing activity compliant with local advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection regulations (GDPR).
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years in marketing, ideally at a consumer brand with DTC and/or Amazon channels.
- Hands-on experience running integrated campaigns across paid, social, content, and partnerships.
- Familiarity with the UK and/or German consumer, media, and retail landscape.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or vendors and holding them to a standard.
- Comfort with performance metrics — you care whether the campaign moved the number, not just whether it shipped.
- A strong collaborator who can work with remote, centralised teams across time zones.
- A builder's mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and shifting priorities in an early-stage market.
- Willingness to travel within Europe, with occasional travel to the US headquarters.
- Experience in pet, animal health, wearables, or connected hardware is a plus.
- Experience supporting an international market launch for a US-based or global brand.
- An understanding of subscription-based business models.
