Fit Outs Project Manager

FI Real Estate Management are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in a full time and permanent basis. The ideal candidate will support with the coordination and completion of projects on time within the adjudicated budget and within scope, work with the team, deliver and advise on all aspects of projects from the initial concept through to handover, take in to consideration the technical, commercial and build ability of each project. The Project Manager is a key contributor to enabling FI Real Estate to: 1) Deliver each project snag-free, one week early; 2) Meet our financial objectives by never allowing a project to go backwards from the agreed budget.
