FI Real Estate Management, one of the UKs most established names in commercial property and asset management, are seeking an admin strong individual to join the team as a Utilities Administrator. This role is essential in providing support across various functions within the organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative and clerical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to our dynamic environment. This role is office based, Monday to Friday and is a full time, permanent opportunity.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collate all meter readings, submitting to energy suppliers and verifying supplier bills
- Submit change of tenancies to suppliers following tenants entering and exiting units
- Assist in arranging new energy contracts/supplies
- Collate data for tenant queries
- Liaise with the energy suppliers and the property team to ensure any meter installations or removals are carried out in a timely manner
- Collate and track EPC certificates
- Arrange with Asset managers and Property managers on new EPC assessments
- Monitor energy usage using collated data
- Compile reports and provide updates to Energy and Sustainability Manager
- Monitor Utilities mail box
- Raising of Purchase Orders
- Processing of invoices
- Input meter reads into recharge templates to create tenant charges
- Liaise with Finance and Credit Control for correctly recharging tenants for energy usage
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages: Excel; Outlook; Word
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
- Ability to work as an effective team member
- Qualified to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
