Location: Based at Canal Mill PR6 9AF

Reporting to: Head of Projects

Role Overview

To provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Projects enabling them to focus on strategic decision making and leadership, to ensure set business objectives and goals are achieved. To act as first point of contact for Head of Projects and liaise with other departments as required to facilitate the completion of administrative tasks and duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diary Management – schedule meetings, manage diaries, organise travel allowing for focus time and rest breaks
  • Liaise with other departments, filter telephone calls, respond to emails and prioritise urgent tasks
  • Prepare documentation including reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assist with special project work and help co-ordinate task completion to ensure deadlines achieved
  • Follow up on completion of instructions given by Head of Projects
  • Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the Head of Projects.
