CompanyFI Real Estate Management are excited to be recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The right candidate will have the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and will have excellent organisational skills.

Your key duties as a Senior Estimator will be:
- An ability to understand and comply with Company Procedures
- Understanding and interpretation of Client briefs
- Produce detailed cost plans aligning with briefs and associated documentation
- Be able to work on and cost multiple projects at any given time
- Use technical knowledge to price projects effectively with varying levels of information
- Understand and make allowances for compliance
- Work closely with suppliers/subcontractors to achieve best price
- Carry out surveys to assist with design and quantifying
- Determine how progress will impact cost
- Influence project decision making with pre-construction advice
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the manager
- Understanding associated risk areas and making allowances accordingly
