We are seeking a reliable and organised individual who takes pride in their work and represents the company professionally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
- CSCS Card
- Good knowledge of local and regional road networks
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules
- A professional, approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities: The Pickup Driver will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Collecting and delivering materials, tools, and equipment to and from sites, suppliers, and depots
- Ensuring all loads are transported safely and securely
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or maintenance requirements
- Maintaining cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company vehicle
- Assisting site teams with loading and unloading materials where required
- Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Completing any required paperwork accurately and promptly
- Representing John Flowers Ltd professionally at all times
