Role Overview:

Collaborate with the Global Supplier Operations team to harmonise data sets, tools, and processes across the supply chain. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring seamless alignment with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in onboarding and training internal staff on procurement procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure supplier relationships adhere to company policies and quality standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to align material procurement with operational needs.
  • Represent Supplier operations within audits (customer or regulatory) globally.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on purchasing workflows, approvals, and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in streamlining ordering processes to reduce costs and prevent delays.
  • Support training on ERP systems or procurement tools used within the company.
  • Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with procurement strategies and industry regulations.
  • Provide feedback on purchasing procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/STEM or equivalent.
  • APICS certification including CPIM, CFPIM, or the CSCP is preferred.
  • Developed understanding of supply chain – 3+ years experience.
  • Understanding of ERP/MRP (Microsoft AX2012, InforLN) and supporting systems (Agile, DMS) for Supply Chain & Planning functions.
  • Essential – SQL / Tableau / Power BI understanding.
  • Good communication skills for supplier interactions and internal coordination.
  • Demonstrated analytical, verbal, and attention to detail.
