The successful candidate will have experience of leading and building teams to drive best in class performance, accuracy and engagement. You will also be responsible for supporting our vision to be our customers' most valued and trusted business partner.
- Train employees and demonstrate employee duties
- Perform administrative duties, such as completing reports, maintaining warehouse operations records, and filing reports.
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Management role or similar supervisory role essential.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures.
- Experience in FMCG environment.
- Experience in change management and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in building and developing teams.
- High level of motivational and interpersonal skills, maintaining strong close working relationships.
