The successful candidate will be the National Account Manager for our Health, Education and Retail accounts. The role requires a candidate who will be:
- Self-starter with strong new business development and negotiation experience.
- Proven leader who can coach, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Skilled in consultative selling with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker who can identify trends and deliver innovative customer solutions.
- Customer-focused, with a collaborative mindset and strong integrity.
- Confident using business technology and CRM systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver new business sales, profit, and margin targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in a dynamic market.
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of systems, tools, and best practices.
- Support business change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive and high-performance culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in senior sales management within food/foodservice.
- Full, valid driver’s licence.
