In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for managing referrals and coordinating outpatient therapy bookings, helping to keep services running efficiently and effectively. Working as part of the Appointments Booking Team, you'll liaise with patients, clinicians, and colleagues to ensure appointments are arranged smoothly and accurately.
Based across Frimley Park Hospital and Fleet Community Hospital, you'll become part of a welcoming team environment where collaboration, support, and professional development are encouraged.

Main duties of the job
- As part of the Therapy Appointments Booking team, to provide a service for the booking patient Therapy appointments.
- You will be mainly based at Frimley Park Hospital with the opportunity to work at Fleet Community Centre.
- To be responsible for managing clinicians’ diary templates
- To make sure that all new patients are registered
- To update patient information on systems, as and when required to ensure timely accurate data.
- To book new and follow up appointments in line with the Trust Access policy, ensuring patient choice and optimal use of staff diaries/clinics.
- To provide administrative support to the Dietetic outpatients service.
- To provide administrative support to the Therapy outpatients service.
- To act as first point of contact (via reception and telephone) for all patients, staff and visitors to the therapy department.
- To liaise with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- To maintain an exemplary standard of customer care and patient confidentiality.
