Ihre Aufgaben
- Als IT-Consultant unterstützen Sie die FH OÖ bei der Digitalisierung.
- Sie suchen nach neuen Lösungen und optimieren gemeinsam mit einem dynamischen Team unsere Prozesse.
- Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in Projekten und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen der IT und den Fachbereichen.
- Aktiv wirken Sie an der Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Projekten mit – sowohl innerhalb der IT-Abteilung als auch abteilungs- und standortübergreifend in Wels, Linz, Steyr und Hagenberg.
- Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die Weiterentwicklung unseres zentralen Verwaltungssoftware-Portfolios, die Digitalisierung und Optimierung verschiedenster Prozessabläufe sowie die Einführung innovativer Anwendungen – etwa im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz.
- Sie begleiten die Evaluierung und Implementierung neuer Softwarelösungen, beispielsweise für Lehre und Forschung.
- Sie übernehmen die strukturierte Aufnahme, Analyse und Dokumentation von Anforderungen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und erstellen daraus Use Cases, Prozessmodelle und technische Spezifikationen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Führungskräften und Product Ownern koordinieren Sie interne und externe Beteiligte, begleiten Tests, Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen und Rollouts und sorgen für eine nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sowie Präsentation der Projektergebnisse.
Ihr Profil
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Lehre mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung oder über eine Matura mit fundierten IT-Kenntnissen.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessmodellierung und im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie auch ein grundlegendes kaufmännisches Verständnis mit, um betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und in Projekten zu berücksichtigen.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und geprägt von einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
- Sie kommunizieren klar und verständlich, arbeiten gerne im Team und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Lernbereitschaft sowie Begeisterung für neue Technologien aus.
