Deine Aufgaben:

  • Übergeordnete Koordination der Beziehungen zwischen Alumni Club und FH Oberösterreich
  • Vertretung des Vereins bei Events sowie Vor-, Nachbereitung und Durchführung von Vorstandssitzungen
  • Ansprechperson für Mitglieder, Partnerfirmen und Stakeholder der FH Oberösterreich
  • Budgetplanung, Buchhaltung und Kommunikation mit der Steuerberatung
  • Customer‑Relationship‑, Community‑, Vertrags‑ und Content‑Management
  • Technischer Support für unsere Plattformen JobTeaser und Odoo
  • Entwicklung eines Jahresplans für Vereinsaktivitäten

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist ein kommunikativer Allrounder, der nicht nur gewissenhaft verwalten kann, sondern auch mit eigenen Ideen die Zukunft des Alumni Clubs mitgestalten möchte.
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Kommunikation und bringst mindestens drei Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und gehst gern und offen auf andere Menschen zu.
  • Darüber hinaus bist du sicher im Umgang mit Office 365 und verfügst über solide Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM- und CMS‑Lösungen.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und in der Personalführung sind ebenfalls von Vorteil.

Der Alumni Club FH OÖ ist seit 2009 der offizielle Absolvent*innen‑Verein der FH Oberösterreich. Unter unserem Dach vereinigen wir die ehemaligen Studierenden aller vier Fakultäten – und fördern deren Vernetzung mit den Student*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen der Hochschule sowie den Betrieben aus der Region. Wir stehen für Chancengleichheit und Diversität. Unsere Ausschreibung richtet sich daher an alle Interessierten.

Wir bieten dir für diese Position ein Bruttomonatsgehalt (auf Vollzeitbasis, 14× jährlich, KV Werbung) von EUR 3.140,00 bis EUR 4.170,00 (abhängig von anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten). Das Anstellungs‑Ausmaß beträgt 20 Stunden pro Woche.
