Are you looking to build an international career in customer experience within a fast-growing digital environment? We are currently seeking Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a global team based in Lisbon, supporting users within a dynamic e-commerce and digital platform ecosystem. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience while working in a structured, high-performance environment.
Your Role
- Provide high-quality support to users via multiple communication channels
- Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce products, services, and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and service guidelines
- Manage high volumes of contacts, especially during peak periods
- Deliver consistent and accurate resolutions to customer issues
Work Model & Conditions
- Location: Lisbon (on-site)
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
- Working Hours: Initial: 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 Future scope: 24/7 rotational shifts (to be confirmed)
Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
Meal Allowance: €45/month (paid over 11 months)
Welcome Bonus: €1,000 (for Polish speakers)
Relocation Package
- We provide full support for candidates relocating from outside Portugal:
- Shared accommodation (up to 12 months)
- Relocation assistance and guidance throughout the process
