Experience selling into financial services, banks, or payment providers .

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing small sales teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
