Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – High-Growth Fintech
Location: London (Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days WFH)

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling fintech company that’s disrupting the industry and aggressively expanding their commercial team. They’re looking for a driven Junior SDR ready to own outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and fast-track into a full-cycle Business Development role. What you’ll be doing:
- Crushing outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
- Building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline

- Keeping CRM (HubSpot) spotless and hitting daily/weekly activity targets
- Representing the company at industry events and networking
