As they continue their impressive growth journey, they're looking to hire a Business Development Manager / Account Executive to help drive expansion across the DACH region and international markets. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of sales, business development, or client-facing experience who wants to develop their commercial skills in a highly consultative, fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging new business opportunities across DACH and beyond
- Building relationships with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach
- Supporting strategic proposals, presentations, and client communications
- Managing and nurturing inbound leads
- Participating in client meetings and industry events
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and tracking sales pipeline activity
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English
- 2-3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in data, insights, market intelligence, and commercial strategy
- Self-motivated, organised, and ambitious
- Bonus points if you have experience selling APIs or exposure to MCP and AI technologies
