🚀 We’re Hiring on Behalf of a High-Growth Fintech: Sales & Growth Associate (SDR / Sales Support Exec)

📍 Hybrid – London (3 days in office, 2 from home)

We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-growing fintech company to find a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Growth Associate to join their commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into fintech sales, offering a structured 12–18 month apprenticeship-style role with a clear pathway into a full Sales Executive or Account Management position.

💼 The Role

As a Sales & Growth Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial function — supporting sales activity, ensuring high-quality data, and helping deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• 🔍 Marketing & Lead Generation: Build and refine targeted prospect lists and identify new verticals
• 🎤 Event Support: Represent the business at fintech events, manage logistics, and convert leads into meetings
• 📊 Sales Enablement: Support with pitch decks, research, and sales materials
• 🧠 CRM Management: Take ownership of HubSpot, maintaining accurate data and pipeline visibility
• 🤝 Client Onboarding: Coordinate smooth handovers to Client Success teams
• 📘 Documentation: Develop onboarding guides and client-facing resources
• 💻 Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• 🎯 Detail-oriented: You take pride in accuracy and organization
• 🚀 Ambitious: Keen to progress into a client-facing sales role
• 🗣️ Strong communicator: Confident engaging with clients and networking at events
