We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-growing fintech company to find a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Growth Associate to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into fintech sales, offering a structured 12–18 month apprenticeship-style role with a clear pathway into a full Sales Executive or Account Management position.
The Role
As a Sales & Growth Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial function — supporting sales activity, ensuring high-quality data, and helping deliver a seamless client experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Marketing & Lead Generation: Build and refine targeted prospect lists and identify new verticals
- Event Support: Represent the business at fintech events, manage logistics, and convert leads into meetings
- Sales Enablement: Support with pitch decks, research, and sales materials
- CRM Management: Take ownership of HubSpot, maintaining accurate data and pipeline visibility
- Client Onboarding: Coordinate smooth handovers to Client Success teams
- Documentation: Develop onboarding guides and client-facing resources
About You
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
