I'm working with a globally respected market research firm that partners with some of the world’s top Banks and Consultancies. They’re growing their commercial team and looking for an Account Executive with Fluent German to support business development across the DACH region and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales or insights career — especially if you’re eager to build commercial acumen in a high-growth, consultative environment.
As Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging new prospects, supporting senior team members with strategic proposals, and helping to convert leads into long-term clients. You’ll be working in both English and German, so confidence in both is essential.
- Reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential clients
- Supporting on tailored proposals, pitch decks, and client communications
- Attending virtual meetings and occasional industry events
- Updating CRM systems and tracking pipeline progress
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships also considered)
- Conversational German (B2+), comfortable communicating with clients
- Curious about market trends, insights, and data-led strategy
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to grow in a commercial role
