We’re recruiting on behalf of an innovative AI start-up that built an agentic AI solution designed to autonomously execute complex business workflows. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling company at the forefront of applied AI.
Our client is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help drive revenue growth and establish repeatable sales success in a fully remote environment.
The Opportunity
As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. You’ll sell a truly differentiated AI product to modern, forward-thinking businesses and work closely with leadership in an agile start-up setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Sell an advanced agentic AI platform to SMB and/or mid-market customers
- Run discovery calls to understand customer challenges and workflows
- Deliver product demos and articulate the value of AI-driven automation
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine sales messaging
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5+ years’ experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or AI (ideally with Start-up experience)
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Comfortable selling innovative or technical solutions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote-first environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience selling AI, automation, or workflow tools
- Start-up or scale-up environment exposure
- Experience with outbound-led or hybrid sales motions
