We’re Hiring on Behalf of a High-Growth Fintech: Sales & Growth Associate (SDR / Sales Support Exec) Hybrid – London (3 days in office, 2 from home) We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-growing fintech company to find a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Growth Associate to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into fintech sales, offering a structured 12–18 month apprenticeship-style role with a clear pathway into a full Sales Executive or Account Management position. The Role As a Sales & Growth Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the commercial function — supporting sales activity, ensuring high-quality data, and helping deliver a seamless client experience.
