We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding existing client relationships within the Middle East and UAE markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business information or subscriptions, with a proven track record of managing accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients in the Middle East region.
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address client concerns.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
